Pricing

All prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT at 17.5%. For purchases with destination outside the E.U. the VAT will be deducted from your purchase.

Ordering and Delivery

All items are subject to availability. Should the item you require be unavailable we will advise you and arrange an alternative delivery date. Delivery within the United Kingdom will be made by Royal Mail recorded delivery, special delivery or Parcel Force as selected by you. Despatch normally takes place the next working day. Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt of the goods. Overseas delivery will be made by international signed for where possible and sent at "small package" rate provided that it falls within Royal Mail guidelines and limits.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you need to return a product purchased on line, we should be advised in writing, by e-mail or by post, within 7 days. The product must be returned in its original packing. Once received by us we will make a full refund against your credit/debit card provided that the following conditions are met:
      a. That both the goods & packaging must be in a resalable condition.
      b. The original sales receipt is enclosed with the returned goods.
      c. The goods reach us within 14 days of sale.
      d. Any specially ordered items are not returnable.
Please note that for hygiene purposes we do not accept pierced earring returns.

Security and Privacy

We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose any information about you to third parties other than that required in the processing of your order. We will not e-mail you unless you have given us consent. We do not store credit/debit card details.
